What is the rational for the increase in line 12?
Is the Diocese of NY paying the full asking of the National Church? If not, why?

  2. Chris Atkinson says:

Does there need to be a technical correction to the timing of payment of assessment?

Resolution currently states that assessment “is to be paid by each congregation in four installments on the fifth day of January . . . 2012″ which seems odd, given the resolution is to be passed on the 14th of January.
